Prompt, courteous and professional
Tracey and Steve are not only great sales people, they also genuinely care, a very rare breed. I have bought and sold over 20 properties and I can say with absolute conviction that they are true to their words. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and professional, they simply set the standard that other Sales people should aspire to.
Knowledge of the market, communication was excellent and handling the sale of our property during a natural disaster and subsequent insurance repairs was flawless. This was an investment property and we live interstate so we really relied on Tracey during this whole process.
Tracey's knowledge of the market in the area was fantastic. She was always very reliable and able to overcome some great obstacles in the lead up to the sale of the property. Her communication skills were on point.
Tracey was a delight to work with Prompt, efficient and professional Like her style!
I bought my first property through Tracey. I was unsure about the process but Tracey and her colleague Paul made the whole thing simple and easy. They kept me updated with lightening fast response times throughout. I felt very supported and felt I could trust them. Couldn't be happier!
Had great pleasure dealing with Tracey and her team. My main contact was Paul who was punctual, accomodating and down to earth. We were able to put in an offer late at night, which we received an acknowledgment response the same night, and an even better outcome was that we received the owners acceptance as I was waking up in the morning :)
Tracey was amazing to deal with when purchasing my first home. She was very knowledgeable and made the process super easy and exiting for me. The service exceeded my expectations and really outshone the experiences I had with other agents.
Tracey was by far the most professional but still compassionate realtor I have ever come across. We had seen quite a few homes and dealt with many agents and Tracey gave me the confidence I needed to make the decision to purchase the property I love. Thank you for answering all my texts promptly and always seemed to be with a smile.
