It was a pleasure buying our first home in Australia, thank's to Tracey, Steve and Paul from Mcgrath realestate. They where very patient and alwats responded to any questions quickly.
Steve Hodgson and Tracey Caruana worked together as an amazing team. The sale had its challenges and each step of the way they were there for me with advice and support. The level of service is beyond expectation with communication and updates at every turn. I felt assured and knew they were working for me firstly and the buyer secondly. Recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!!
We had a very pleasant experience when buying our new home through Steve and Tracey. They never hesitated to answer our questions and always provided timely responses. They went above and beyond to help the buying process be as smooth as possible! Thank you to both you and the team at McGrath Springfield for such a warm welcome to the neighbourhood!
I am really impressed by Tracey and her team's professionalism. They are very efficient from managing my investment property to getting it sold. Tracey has especially gone above and beyond when selling my investment property and helped me to achieve a quick and good property sale result.
Tracey was so helpful and took care of the whole selling process for us. Great job.
Tracey is so easy to deal with and her knowledge of the market is spot on. Her advice on how to get my property prepared for sale was simple and effective. Everything Tracey advised me to do was done, we were under contract in a matter of days and the house subsequently sold. So whatever Tracey says... DO! :))
