Expertise extrodinaire Thank you so much.
Sold on the first open house. Great.
Tracey and Steve were amazing to work with from day 1. Their knowledge of the market and the area was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at selling their property.
Tracey (and Shan) were lovely to correspond with and fantastic at dealing with all the details of the sale and preparation of the property. Would happily recommend Tracey for any sale.
Tracey & Steve went above and beyond with helping us sell our property. They are both amazing at what they do. They were always there to help us when we needed it, nothing was ever too much trouble. The styling of our house was beautiful & modern. We highly recommend Tracey & the team at McGrath for their professionalism & extensive knowledge of the Greater Springfield area. We couldn’t be more delighted with them and the outcome of our sale.

Thanks Tracey, Paul and team.

High recommend Tracey and Steve… highly professional and great with the communication until the sale was finalised…
Our experience with Tracey was fantastic. Couldn’t fault it. She’s a great communicator, so friendly and professional. Tracey’s reviews are all true, and why we chose to go with her. I really wonder when she rests because she seems to be on the go and available at all times! Thank you Tracey!
