Tracey was fantastic to deal with during the sale of my mums house. She took the time to explain what was happening during the sale. Tracey made the sale quick and painless and got the best deal for mum.
McGrath made buying our new house a smooth & simple process. They were able to provide accurate & professional advice. I would definitely recommend McGrath Springfield to anyone buying or selling.
We had a great experience selling with Tracey. She was professional, easy to deal with and kept us updated, and we achieved a great price for the sale of our home.
Thank you Tracey for all your work to get our property sold. Quick and efficient, realistic in her approach and gave sound and honest advice. We were confident in her years of experience and trusted her in the process.
We recently sold our home through Tracey and Steve and found them to be excellent. They were highly knowledgeable about the market, professional and personable to deal with and excellent communicators. They helped make a daunting process straight forward for us. We were very happy we chose Tracey and Steve.
Selling a house is already a tad overwhelming so engaging Tracey was the best decision I made when it came to selling my home, her magic touch to the home and professional knowledge certainly makes for a very pleasant experience , she goes above and beyond. Pete and I have not only been blessed to deal with Tracey selling but buying our new home as well. I have no hesitation In recommending Tracey and the team at McGrath for all your realestate needs.
