I'd just like to commend Sian Carling at Image for the way she handled the letting of our first investment property. Investing in another state is a daunting prospect, and Sian made everything very easy for us. She was efficient, attentive, and really went the extra mile to keep us in loop and make the tenanting process as smooth as possible. We couldn't recommend her more highly.
I had a very good experience Sian Carling from Image Property when putting my investment property on the market from the first time. She was always there and helped me to address all the issues I had and find a good tenant. Kudos for her communication that was spot which was specially important for me as I live in another state.
We have been very pleased with everyone at Image Property so far. Katie Collins was particularly assiduous, remaining in contact constantly throughout the process of finding a tenant for our property. I've had a great experience with Image and in particular Cortez Rudolph as my property manager. I'm now leasing my second property off her and both times has made the process seamless. Her response time is quick and efficient as well, which really helps. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to renting through Image for a longtime to come!
