It started with one of your team member charging me with anothrer customer's invoice. 'Then getting a phone call stating that I had not paid my invoice. It was then found the mistake and that I was under charged by $100 and could I pay the money. I advised that I would be down in a few days time as I was getting over an illness. Generally happy with the installation and was performed reasonably. However, quite disappointed and not impressed with the mess left behind after installation. It would have taken minutes to vacuum. In this day and age, a business should strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
