The repair persons Daniel and Stephen were punctual. Courteous and a smile in their faces. Got on with the service and proceeded to explain to me how to use the switch effectively. Then they climbed on the second storey roof and dismantled the cooler. Checked all components to ensure they are working properly. I was told what they did when they finished the job.
