I rang at about 8.30am for assistance for a Rinnai instant hot water service that I previously had for 20 years and if they could arrange a like for like so my tenant wouldn’t be without hot water. Shelley was more than helpful I paid by credit card over the phone and a replacement unit was installed the same day.. It’s the type of service most businesses should strive for Thanks guys
