I thought the cost for 40 minutes work was excessive.
It started with one of your team member charging me with anothrer customer's invoice. 'Then getting a phone call stating that I had not paid my invoice. It was then found the mistake and that I was under charged by $100 and could I pay the money. I advised that I would be down in a few days time as I was getting over an illness. But the next thing I received a email which I classed as not being very friendly.
