in the long run the service was very good. However, there was clear confusion about the scheduled time for the heater installation. I was told that the installation would be done at 8.30 - 9.30 am, but no one turned up until 3.30 pm in the afternoon. This caused some frustration on my part as I was not informed of the delay. I was also given conflicting reasons for this when I phoned to find out what was happening,
I am not your customer. Your company has not provided any service ! I have received txt messages not intended for me! You need to check your records.
I thought the cost for 40 minutes work was excessive.
It started with one of your team member charging me with anothrer customer's invoice. 'Then getting a phone call stating that I had not paid my invoice. It was then found the mistake and that I was under charged by $100 and could I pay the money. I advised that I would be down in a few days time as I was getting over an illness. But the next thing I received a email which I classed as not being very friendly. Generally happy with the installation and was performed reasonably. However, quite disappointed and not impressed with the mess left behind after installation. It would have taken minutes to vacuum. In this day and age, a business should strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
