The repair persons Daniel and Stephen were punctual. Courteous and a smile in their faces. Got on with the service and proceeded to explain to me how to use the switch effectively. Then they climbed on the second storey roof and dismantled the cooler. Checked all components to ensure they are working properly. I was told what they did when they finished the job. Evaporative cooler service- Easy to book and able to do within a week. Service person turned up on time and was informative about when pads may need to be changed and condition of the system which is quite old. Very happy with service.

Great and friendly service in store and from the installer. We spent 5 minutes in the store and our new hot water service was installed the next morning. They squeezed us in as we had no hot water. Truly appreciated their efforts.
