Very efficient, very friendly
The guys were very helpful, check the Air Con found it was still working ok and did a service on it and also provided information if we needed.

Very easy to deal with. Explained the problem and got direct answers without mucking around. All good and working in less than 24 hours.
The repair persons Daniel and Stephen were punctual. Courteous and a smile in their faces. Got on with the service and proceeded to explain to me how to use the switch effectively. Then they climbed on the second storey roof and dismantled the cooler. Checked all components to ensure they are working properly. I was told what they did when they finished the job. Easy to book and turned up on time to service my gas ducted heating. The guys were efficient, polite and they answered my questions. Did a great job.
Evaporative cooler service- Easy to book and able to do within a week. Service person turned up on time and was informative about when pads may need to be changed and condition of the system which is quite old. Very happy with service.
