Outstanding customer service. Were helpful and flexible in supplying exactly what I wanted, really quick, friendly and good communication. Item dispatched that day and arrived beautifully packed a week later in NZ.
I dropped off my machine on scheduled day and collected the following day, a great turnaround service. I brought my machine in the original container but it wasn’t required, only the machine without drainage tray or group handles. I’ll know that for next time.

Coffee machine specialist What a great team of people to deal with. Ordered on Monday you posted Tuesday delivered on Wednesday. And i live at Coral Cove 20km out of Bundaburg Now the Pugpress mini gen 6. It is a wonderful machine super clean and easy to use. Very easy to set up. And works magic every time.
