Johanna was so awesome to discuss the issue with spare parts of my machine. Johanna was very proactive with chasing the right supplier etc to ensure we had the part which would solve the problem. We received stove top coffee maker very quickly but it was damaged. A replacement was sent to us very quickly with return satchel for damaged one. Very happy with service and friendly staff. Great I could organise replacement over the phone speaking to a person. Thank you.Â
