The service booking and delivery of machine to service dept quite good. Discussion of problem known was good. Turnaround time was excellent and info received via email very interesting. Draining the boiler every month or so was unknown to me . There was a comment re water filtration on the email, but not followed up when I collected the machine.

I dropped off my machine on scheduled day and collected the following day, a great turnaround service. I brought my machine in the original container but it wasn’t required, only the machine without drainage tray or group handles. I’ll know that for next time.
