As always the work done was excellent. Very happy with my serviced machine. Regretfully the new online booking system was a stressful experience. Difficulties with making a booking and paying the deposit. In the end I had to call and pay over the phone. Having to book 3 months ahead because no spots were available. Communication during the work being done and trying to get the correct invoice because the deposit was not taken off. Again I had to call to rectify. This resulted in anxiety which I can do without.

Customer service is top-notch and my queries were answered quickly. Although there was a slight delay due to the courier delivering it to Victoria instead of NSW (not their fault), they were very helpful in contacting the couriers and giving me an update.
