I took the coffee machine that I bought from them for a service. While the time for a turnaround is admittedly long, they set the expectations right at the beginning. The service was done within the pre-stated price and was done very well. I would say it is worth the wait given that the machine is going to run for a few years and you have the pleasure of making your own coffee with a machine that you love.

Always great service. Greeted at the door, assisted with moving my machine, plenty of information regarding repairs/service performed. Some delays at the moment I believe due to staffing and demand, hopefully only temporary. I currently have two machines purchased at CMS and serviced there as well. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone who takes their coffee seriously.
