Hi, There is much to consider when purchasing a coffee machine. I am a novice and whilst the buying experience was very professional, I found it difficult to absorb all of the information provided. It's a lot of trial and error to make a good brew and it would be so good to have an online tutorial or an in-store training session. I couldn't find a Youtube tutorial for the machine I purchased.

Johanna was so awesome to discuss the issue with spare parts of my machine. Johanna was very proactive with chasing the right supplier etc to ensure we had the part which would solve the problem. We received stove top coffee maker very quickly but it was damaged. A replacement was sent to us very quickly with return satchel for damaged one. Very happy with service and friendly staff. Great I could organise replacement over the phone speaking to a person. Thank you.
