Machine appears to have been properly serviced. My only issue is the time taken of 2.5 weeks, although I am aware of the staffing problems. In the good old days it was done in a week.

I took the coffee machine that I bought from them for a service. While the time for a turnaround is admittedly long, they set the expectations right at the beginning. The service was done within the pre-stated price and was done very well. I would say it is worth the wait given that the machine is going to run for a few years and you have the pleasure of making your own coffee with a machine that you love.
