Hi, There is much to consider when purchasing a coffee machine. I am a novice and whilst the buying experience was very professional, I found it difficult to absorb all of the information provided. It's a lot of trial and error to make a good brew and it would be so good to have an online tutorial or an in-store training session. I couldn't find a Youtube tutorial for the machine I purchased.
Delivery was quick and the item is exactly what we ordered

Johanna was so awesome to discuss the issue with spare parts of my machine. Johanna was very proactive with chasing the right supplier etc to ensure we had the part which would solve the problem.
