Grinder generally works well on most bean styles. Real espresso (as in Italian/Spanish) with extra-hard beans less so. Presumably due to the standard cutters fitted. Maybe an alternative cutter set better (as reported elsewhere). One point though: Australian agent stated that power should be switched off after use - presumably concerns about spikes on the mains (leading to warranty claims).
