I recently had both my MACAP grinder and Rancilio Silvia espresso machine repaired. When they had both been returned to me there was a discordance in the overall function. However, staff encouraged me to attend the store with the machines and then set about checking and optimising both (mainly the grinder). This was so informative and beneficial.
