Excellent service and advice given, initially by phone and later in store. We were very pleased to be offered the opportunity to have the service expedited so that our coffee machine would be available within 3 days rather than the 4 weeks it would take for a routine service. The additional cost of $100 was well worth it as we’re able to continue to enjoy our coffee with only a minimum break. We wouldn’t consider going elsewhere for purchasing or service needs. The service was great. The 4-week delay was not. I would prefer it if I could book a time slot to have it serviced, rather than lose the machine for a month. A week max would be much more preferable. For example - I ring up to book a service, and then you respond with "We have time available in 3 weeks. Please make sure your machine has been dropped off by COB Monday" That way I don't lose my machine for up to a month with no idea when it will come back as it just vanishes into a black hole. We are finally releasing this today so in the future you will be able to book in a date for servicing which we aim to have the service turned around within 3 days.
