Brett exceeded our price expectations and made the entire process easy. Nothing was to much trouble and he ensured my property was sold for what I believed to be above market value.
Business response:
Thankyou for the review. I look forward to working with you on the next sale.
Brett was professional and dedicated throughout my whole experience of selling my house. He gave me confidence in the process of selling and made it effortless.
Business response:
It was a pleasure to work with you both to achieve this sale outcome.
Kody was highly recommended to me by word of mouth for his motivation, experience, sales ability and great work ethic. Kody exceeded my expectations finding a buyer for my residential property in under 24 hours of the first open home. Kody communicated regularly and clearly throughout the whole process and made the experience entirely painless and smooth. He demonstrated extensive knowledge on the local area, professionalism, and must be a highly valued member of Belle Property. 5 stars!
Doreen we have used a few times now and she never ever lets us down. Doreen is helpful, always there for you, goes out of her way and her knowledge is remarkable. Doreen ensures she does the best for her clients/customers. Thank you again for helping us with our sale. We appreciate you and your work.
Great to work with, made our process in selling Very easily. Professional in his communication and did his job very well.
We have now bought and sold a property using Kody Dart as our agent and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Kody walked us through all the steps and kept us in the loop through all aspects of the process of both buying as well as selling a house. He never missed any deadlines and was always able to assist us with any enquiry. If we were to buy or sell another house in the future we would not hesitate to approach Kody again. Trust his experience and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Extremely helpful could not ask for any better
Kody was amazing, very professional and answered any questions that we asked. If he didn’t know he made sure to find the answer for us.
We had an amazing experience with Kody, completely hassle free. He was on top of everything, very professional and really reliable. Very happy with our selling experience, would recommend Kody to who ever listened!
