Kody has been outstanding support again, my second house sold by Kody in the past few months. Kody provides exceptional support for each aspect of the sale, even post sale contract signed the support from Kody did not stop to ensure effective handover of the property to the new owners. Kody routinely follows up, ensures everything is arranged to both maximise sale price and efficiency of sales process. I could not ask for better support, I’m looking forward to working with Kody again soon.
We picked Kody because we had met him previously when we were looking at a home and he was the agent. We thought then he was a genuine bloke and he has proved us right
Kody was very professional and great to work with. He made the process easy and helped us get the house we always envisioned. We can't thank and recommend him enough!
Brett gave us concise and clear guidance on the market and where the property sat in the current sales climate. He was responsive to our questions and corresponded promptly and professionally.
Brett was great to deal with Always honest and always answers his phone He recently sold my house for me He sold my house for exactly the price he said he would sell it for and in record time Brett is A great honest agent and that’s hard to find these days He worked hard for me and got the result I wanted Best real estate agent in Townsville by far
Brett was 1 of 3 agents that reviewed my property, he was the only one that I felt I could trust. Brett was knowledgeable about the area and the current market value. He was receptive to my expectations and was very helpful as I was a first time seller.
Kody is professional, thorough and energetic. He knows his stuff, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop. He was willing to go the extra mile, even did the little things such as change a light bulb when I wasn't able to. Kody was upfront, wouldn't get my hopes up until he had something solid, and genuinely cared about the best outcome not only for myself, but the buyer of my unit. 100% recommend, quick sale, limited effort for me, can't ask for much more than that! Thanks Kody!
Absolutely fabulous I can’t recommend Kody dart from belle property enough, if your looking for honesty and a hardworking agent that gets the sale done he is the only person to see. Always keeping u in the loop with what’s going on. Just a pleasure to deal with.
Kody was very helpful very prompt and made this experience very smooth and easy for us.
