Stan was outstanding, in regards to his knowledge of the current property market. His insight into the what was needed to be completed in bringing our property up to the market standard, to attract the right buyer was simple masterful. I honestly believe that without Stan's input and his advice we would not have sold our property in the relativity short time frame and in the price range that we did. My wife and I are very grateful to Stan and the sales team at Live n Invest.
Business response:
Thanks Brett and Hayley,.. it was a pleasure working with you both :)
Kody has been absolutely amazing. Our house sold for over the asking price and at the first open house... two days on the market! It was our first time selling a property and he made us feel extremely comfortable and excited. He went above and beyond for us and answered all of our questions honestly. He was easy to communicate with and was so prompt to assist with anything we needed. He was never pushy and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you Kody!
Terry was excellent in his knowledge of the market. He got the best sale price and worked very hard. Good job.
Kody and his team are amazing! They set my property up to the best possible sale standards which resulted in receiving a signed contract within 48hours of being advertised. Thanks Kody and team for all your hard work!
Kody was excellent once again, incredibly helpful and professional through every step of the process. We are so grateful!!
Kody had great communication and although extremely busy always had time to answer our calls and questions. In & out transaction with only 2 days on the market. Kody works hard keeping both the buyer and seller happy and is very professional. Thanks again Kody for a seamless sale.
We first enquired with Kody to sell our investment property 18+ months ago, he was knowledgeable about market trends, interest in the suburb, and sale price estimates, and recommended we wait to achieve the sale price we wanted. We’ve now just sold for way more than we could have imagined, due to the advice from first contact to now. Kody made recommendations on marketing, staging, improvements to the home and timing of going on the market that no doubt made all the difference. 100% recommend.
Kody was extremely knowledgeable with the expectations of the market & provided really good advice throughout the whole process of placing our house on the market. Kody provided valuable feedback, we felt we could trust. He was always available for any questions we had & kept us in the loop at all times. We would recommend Kody & the team at Belle Property Townsville to anyone looking to sell. If we were remaining in Townsville we would purchase through them too!
Brett was a pleasure to work with. He has a very good network and had buyers ready to act immediately. We could not fault his commitment nor his communication throughout the entire process. A professional and knowledgeable real estate agent who we highly recommend.
