Gave great advise on property, which we lisited to , sold on the first open house . Had a good experience with selling, recommended to a friend and he sold that one straight up too. Excellent communication, great manners, reliable, honest and most of all trustworthy.
Business response:
Thanks very much Jen, I thoroughly enjoyed working with you bot very much :)
Kody has provided tremendous support for the sale of my home. I did not need to chase anything up, I was kept up to date regularly. Any problems were sorted out by Kody and nothing was to much bother for him to support the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Kody to support the sale of any of my properties in future.
Kody was fast and efficient with getting the house on the market within 2 days which had it sold a few days later. He was professional and knows the market very well and was very quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend
Kody has outstanding market and area knowledge of Burdell guiding us in our decision making as first time sellers with prompt communication from start to finish. Kody is genuine and honest and went above and beyond to get the job done. We highly recommend Kody for your next sale!
