Kody has been so easy to deal with through the whole process of our sale. We asked for a low stress and simple sale of our investment property and he absolutely delivered. Each dealing with Kody has been simple, professional and stress free and we know all areas are taken care of, including any maintenance requirements of the property through the sale time. We appreciate his experience and expertise in the Townsville market.
Brett did an excellent job driving the sale and was very persistent to ensure steps were done time. He always provided updates of progress and was extremely helpful. A pleasure to work with and I would recommend using Brett’s services.
It has been well over 18 months that we have been dealing with Kody Dart. His conduct, integrity and professionalism has been second to none. We recently listed our house for sale with Kody and, between him and Teegan, the level of service we received was absolutely outstanding. We cannot thank them enough for the care and work they put into selling our property and cannot sing their praises enough to anyone thinking of buying or selling property in Townsville. A fantastic experience.
Doreen Charity is more than just an agent. Doreen conducts business close to a personal level, she can break down your perspective and be relative to your personal needs/requirements. Her communication is on point. While not being her only client, If Doreen misses a call she replies shortly after with either an answer to any question or a follow up well within an acceptable time. I have NOTHING negative to add in this short review. Thank you Doreen, thank you.
Business response:
Thank you Phill.
Kodi is an exceptionally brilliant sales person. He definitely lives up to his great reputation. He really listened to our needs and gave excellent advice, stood by us even during difficult times and was always available when we needed to call. He helped us feel comfortable which reassured us that we were in good hands. Kodi is honest and trustworthy. Working with Kodi took a lot of the weight off our shoulders. He is brilliant. We recommend Kodi without a doubt.
Brett has been incredible over the entire process. He was at all times honest, straight forward and over all, realistic in the sound advise he provided. Whether you are buying or selling Brett’s someone you want on your team.
Doreen was friendly but professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has an enviable vitality and returns on queries promptly. She is the sort of person who it is a pleasure to do business with.
