Kody was highly recommended to us and we are so thankful we chose him to sell our home. Kody is professional, a wealth of knowledge and was never to busy to assist in any queries we had. We highly recommend Kody to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, you will be more than happy with his incredible service.
Kody was absolutely amazing got our house sold quickly and for a great price. We’d had our house listed with a different agent prior for 2 months with no luck, this agent wanted to keep dropping the price. We switched to Kody who not only sold our house on the first open but also for more then the listing price
Excellent knowledge of the market & easy to work with
Kody was honest, competent and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Kody did a wonderful job with sale of my house. He was so quick, the house was under contract before it was actually listed. He also managed to get a great price on the contract.
If you are looking for a truly honest, professional and decent estate agent then Kody Dart is the man for you!!! We were more than happy with the result. Kody did everything he said he would and was constantly in touch with us... even when he was away on a brake. Thanks Kody 😊
Excellent knowledge of the market and expert advice from a man that really knows his field. 5 stars plus from us on a professional approach and super result. Many thanks and we’re glad we made this choice.
I would highly recommend Stan Politanski of Live-N-Invest. Stan helped us in a smooth sale; we are international investor so cannot access our property. There were many things to be fixed after tenant vacated and Stan had spent so much extra effort and work in liaising with tradies to get the house fixed and ready for sale in market. Stan has found us the buyer quickly with earlier settlement. Stan is professional, honest, efficient and a good communicator. We are very happy with his service.
Business response:
Thankyou for you kind review, it was a pleasure working with You and Irene.
Kody has been absolutely amazing. Our house sold for over the asking price and at the first open house... two days on the market! It was our first time selling a property and he made us feel extremely comfortable and excited. He went above and beyond for us and answered all of our questions honestly. He was easy to communicate with and was so prompt to assist with anything we needed. He was never pushy and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you Kody!
