I could not recommend Richard enough. A truly thorough building inspector and a top bloke. He inspected a property I was interested in and was honest about issues at hand, made it less daunting being a first home buyer not knowing much about properties aswell as gave alot of helpful advice pointing me in the right direction of who to speak to in getting issues fixed.
