Richard was able to attend a building/pest inspection at very short notice. Richard rang me with the result once the inspection was done and was able to provide a written report the next morning. I was able to move forward with the purchase of my house knowing the house was sound.
This is the second time we have used Richie in the last 5 months to find a suitable home. He is both prompt in replying and and carrying out the inspection and his report is detailed and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional inspector who is courteous and easy to communicate with on all levels. He even called my partners father to discuss his report on a Sunday. That is virtually unheard of these days. Excellent service.
