I could not recommend Richard enough. A truly thorough building inspector and a top bloke. He inspected a property I was interested in and was honest about issues at hand, made it less daunting being a first home buyer not knowing much about properties aswell as gave alot of helpful advice pointing me in the right direction of who to speak to in getting issues fixed. Truly grateful
