The report is thorough and will enable me to follow up with remedial work if I feel necessary. Being somewhat elderly I don't like Web links and internet banking. That problem was overcome and I was able to operate in "an old fashioned way".
Richard was a pleasure to work with. Highly responsive, and performed a thorough, comprehensive inspection (combined building and pest), and called us the same day to explain his findings. The results were explained in an easy to understand, clear manner. Richard was very patient with us, and answered our questions in great detail. We have purchased the property with confidence.
