Richard was readily available at short notice and was thorough and detailed in his inspection report of our new house build. He was freely available to discuss any aspects we were seeking guidance on. Would highly recommend and definitely worth the investment.

Richard is SUPER helpful. He took the time to talk me through the building & pest report and answer all my questions. Also, he's able to explain things in simple terms (as well as giving you the technical language so you can go on a google deep dive if your so inclined.)
