We had a fantastic experience with Richard from Academic Building Inspections. We contacted him and he was able to come out the very next day. The inspection was done quickly and efficiently, and afterward Richard gave us a detailed call to walk us through everything he found. Richard is SUPER helpful. He took the time to talk me through the building & pest report and answer all my questions. Also, he's able to explain things in simple terms (as well as giving you the technical language so you can go on a google deep dive if your so inclined.) I've used his services twice and would use him again.
