Richard is really professional and honest in his work. His work is thorough and detailed. We got our first property inspected via him and he provided us a good insight of the house. He is pretty quick in getting the report to you as we got our one the same day. Definitely recommend Richard!

10/10! Richard was so prompt and helpful throughout the process, he visited the property within a couple days of my call and emailed the report to me less than 24 hours later. The report is very detailed and Richard called to give an overview of the property defects and suggested some tradies that can do this kind of work. I had a few follow up questions the next day and Richard was happy to answer these for me. Highly recommend!
We had the best building inspections experience with Richard. He was very professional and thorough in his assessments, easy to deal with and very accomodating and very responsive.
