The report is thorough and will enable me to follow up with remedial work if I feel necessary. Being somewhat elderly I don't like Web links and internet banking. That problem was overcome and I was able to operate in "an old fashioned way".
Richard was a pleasure to work with. Highly responsive, and performed a thorough, comprehensive inspection (combined building and pest), and called us the same day to explain his findings.
