Communication was fair, installers failed to clean up mess during and after completion. Had to request them to return.

Had Solar panels installed a few years ago which was a very easy process that I was happy with as it was quick and easy. I then contact them in regards to a Battery called up spoke with Alvis sorted out a battery and price paid deposit all good to go. They then contact me saying battery couldn't be placed where they first told me then they said the price will be more as they need to run cable. Terrible!! Quick to install and take payment. Installed Nov 24 and to this day still issues with inverter and 3p are soooo slow in fixing and I’m loosing money on feed in tariffs. No office or anyone In Australia to talk to and eating hours of my time chasing incompetent people!! Stay away pay extra for an Aus business.
I’ve had issues with my solar and 3p solar will not return my calls also when I call them at anytime of the day the service department is always at lunch get your act together 3P SOLAR
Good work but they didn't clean up after they finished the work
I had my solar system installed and I was expecting a neat installation. The inverter was installed outside and when drilling to have the inverter attached to the external wall, the technician/installer drilled all the way through the other side and made a hole on the plaster in one of the house rooms. The hole on the wall was fixed but given it’s a new house. Once the paint dried out, the patch can be seen. Do not whatever you do use this company. 1st phone. 1st phone call very helpful and informative so signed up right away. That was the end and start of the journey rude customer service and waiting periods for certificates followed up by phone calls emails to my power company and 3psolar. So here we are 3 months after installation still no solar connection or at least monetary benefits. Too late for me but please do your homework when it comes to Solar

I have mixed feelings about this group but I will say that it was an uphill battle from beginning to end with them. It was agreed that 15 panels would be installed however when they came to install they could only fit 13 because of certain restrictions on my room. They would have known this had they inspected my roof instead they relied on a lazy aerial shot. That was the beginning of the issues. They are terrible.They installed solar panels in the month of October and now we are in March. Still not received export price, because they have not configured it properly. Don’t ever go with them.
