They have No Idea Once I paid my deposit I had nothing but trouble. I was told if I got a cheaper quote they would match it or refund my deposit. 2 days later I emailed a cheaper quote to Fiona and didn't here back for over 1 week even after I sent 2 emails following up and attempted to call her direct line. I then called the office number and demanded to talk with her Manager. Then I was told there was issues with the application and told to call Ausnet and sort it out.
