Upsides and downsides. Solis 10kw Inverter, 11.88kw Panels (ordered 13.2kw) Disappointed in the sales process of promising 30 panels, and only being able to have 27 installed. Would be much better if the sales team (Robert) had a lot better understanding of products they're selling. Issues were faced basically from the time the installation finished. - Smart Meter was faulty (not blaming 3P) so didn't get any export or generation because the inverter hadn't been setup correctly. Brilliant Service from start to finish From my 1st phone call, to Installation the Customer Service has been excellent. The Installation Team arrived, they were professional, efficient, polite & hard working. My property was left clean & even my garden was undamaged from ladders.

The support at 3P Solar has been excellent Getting the system set up correctly via the Solis Cloud app was a little more technical than I expected.
