We got the battery installed from 3P solar from late last year and the batteries stopped working after few months. I am now left following up on fixing the issue but the response from 3P team has been disappointing. It’s been 3 weeks since I complained and nothing has been done. I have now asked my friends to stay away from 3 P due to the way they are handling my complaint.

Experience I had is like many others reporting negatively here. I think if you have any kind of very straightforward installation maybe they are ok. As soon as anything goes wrong or you have a more complex situation they will promise you everything and deliver nothing. I was simply after a Sungrow battery to fit to my existing system and inverter. They quoted me a competitive price and took my deposit in Sept 2025. The original installation went well. 3psolar very helpfull. I gave them a 5 star rating. ...but 8 months later, after the weather warmed up, my solar system start tripping the circuit breaker. i logged a issue with 3psolar on 19/12/25 and have yet to have anyone come to look at my issue. 3psolar are now not responding to my emails at all. This company is great at taking your money but if you have a problem you are on your own. Terrible after Sales Support

I submitted a 5 star review for a project 3P completed for me two years ago. Unfortunately, two years later, 3P have let me down very badly. Last week I was informed that 3P could not deliver an order for a system which I originally placed more than 3 months ago. This means that I have wasted three months of my time and expended considerable useless effort having to constantly and repeatedly follow 3P up as to the status of my proposed installation. they never told me about the ongoing monthly account keeping fee of 29 dollars a month not happy

Had a 6kw system installed in 2023 which was satisfactorily completed. In December I reported to 3PSolar that my inverter was not working. It needed a firmware upgrade apparently. They like to do this online, but it requires a WiFi connection to my internet connection. This has been difficult for me to accomplish using my mobile phone as I have been vision impaired after a glitch after my eye cataract operation. Had a battery installed in August 2025 - still not inspected as of today 23 Jan 2026. My friend had solar panels installed on his roof and the installers damaged the colorbond, leaving him with plaster damage on the inside ceiling in his home. They’ve just told him it’s going to take up to five months to get someone to repair it, even though they know he’s trying to sell his house. Would steer clear of this company.

After installing service is absolutely nothing. My battery stop working after months and still not working now for 2 months . Don’t bother at all with this company

Took too long for them to respond. I paid a deposit for my 20kWh battery in Aug had to wait 2 months for the battery to be installed in early October but then they told me that the smart meter for the SOFAR battery was incorrect and had to be replaced. It is now 6 weeks and I have been calling and they have promised that there will be someone coming. In the last few days, I tried calling but could not get an answer from the company. I am very concerned about the whole situation.
