Fantastic service Robert. The consultant who was my initial contact person. Helped me through this process. Was sympathetic when progress was delayed due to me being hospitalized. The installation team were fantastic throughout the installation.

Efficient solar install Worked with multiple service reps on this project. The practical install was completed efficiently. Some of the staff were a little pushy to sign up when I was waiting on comparing quotes. On the day of install, I had to call the rep to amend the quote and contract because the angled brackets were not used. During the conversation, the rep asked me to pay the outstanding balance 3 times before she had even sent the amended invoice. A little annoying since I was initiating the process. Easy seamless fitment of panels. Price was very good. 3PSolar were very good. Seamless arranging of fitting and actual fitment was very good. A minor issue re line up of roof panels was fixed. Monica's follow up kept us "in the loop" and she organised the fix of the minor issue we had...very pleasant to deal with.
