Craig and the whole Spaworld team were great from start to finish. Craig spent the time to get to know our needs and made the time to find out what was important to us about owning a spa. He gave advice on spa location and talked us through access and how the spa would be delivered. Our experience from purchase to after care has been fantastic! We purchased our swim spa over 3years ago. The support for the install was extremely helpful and now each time we duck I store for top up supplies we are greeted by the friendly sales staff like old friends. Especially Craig who helped us with our initial purchase :) highly recommend Spa World Warners Bay!

Our whole experience with Spa World was fantastic. We met Tom at the Spa Show in Melbourne & he was such a great help along with his brother Nick who I met a little further down the track. Without a doubt the most valuable person in this whole process was Diann Jones in the Certification Dept who organised all our permits etc through the council.
