Micheal and his team from Spa world in Launceston have been invaluable in our purchasing on the vortex aquagym. All of the process and delivery in March last years was floorless, with their attention to detail in what we wanted. Graig at the Warners Bay store walked us through the entire workings and features of the Vortex Nitro spa. He explained things in terms we could understand and nothing seemed to be a problem to him. Heart from customer services was also very pleasant to deal with. Then Brendan the technician came th our place and installed the cover lifter and then explained the operation of our spa completely . Bought our vortex spa last year from Mile end and it has operated seamlessly over the following months. Love the sterilisation systems making it so easy to maintain. The follow up to questions has also been very good
