The guys at Spa World were very knowledgeable about what would suit us. Not pushy, answered every question and made the whole experience easy. Diann Jones at the planning department was excellent in explaining what we needed to do from start to finish. Tai at the delivery service was friendly and helpful. The process was basically seamless from choosing, buying, delivery and installation to the final permit being organised
