My partner and I bought our swim spa off Michael McKay in Launceston. We could not have received better service right from a quote first up to now having our spa for a while and the continued help that we still receive from him is next level. Nothing is ever a problem for him and he is always there to answer my questions ( which are still many ) and his happy, friendly costumer service is a credit to himself and your company. The showroom experience was really good, because we could see a great variety of products. Having said that a great showroom falls down unless you have a sales person who is professional, with fantastic product and technical knowledge. This was our experience with Charlie, he listened to what we were looking for and then offered the appropriate product which he explained in great detail. Hard to tell you in a few words. All in all it was a good experience. I had a few issues along the road but thanks to Michelle Pratt from SpaWorld, it was all quickly resolved. She was there whenever I needed her. When I tried to get in touch with someone and I couldn’t reach anybody - Michelle was there. Never mind she was driving or even at home - she always answered her phone and helped. She got through to the people for me where I had no success. From the moment I stepped into Spa World Chris was respectful and welcoming. Chris provided information on the different sauna options and allowed me time and space to try for myself. Chris was very prompt to follow up my calls and questions post purchase also. I had my first sauna over the weekend and I am sippy happy with my purchase so far. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a sauna to visit Spa World.

I would like to give sincere positive feedback to Elaine for her excellent customer service. She is very friendly, patient, and takes the time to truly listen to customers’ needs. She gives honest suggestions and even shared helpful tips on how to clean and maintain the spa properly. What I really appreciate is that she did not push unnecessary products, but instead gave ideas on how to avoid overspending and wasting money.
