Phil and his team provide fantastic service, always helpful and happy. We have purchased two spas from Glenorchy Pool & Spa world and could ‘t be happier with the service and quality of the jacuzzis. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable and supportive. They went the extra mile to ensure we could get a spa delivered just in time for Christmas. The support continues after purchase. That was the only downside to to Spa World, was the mix up on our Spa, no one new where it was in the warehouse. Which meant we were behind greatly with time with our landscapers. Not Angela's fault, she wasn't trained up to know what to do or who to call to get organised, because your main people were away at the time and Angela had no back up. But the one who came to our rescue was John (the courier) he was very professional, friendly and I dare say saved your bacon. A big thanks to John and Angela for their commitment. ... read more

Doris from Spa World Braybrook went above and beyond in helping us with our 6M Hydrozone swim spa with clear lift and heat pump purchase. Her knowledge of all of the Spa World products was first class, her assistance in helping us decide what suited our needs best was greatly appreciative. In helping with our choices Doris organised a trial in one of the onsite Aqua lap display swim spas. We could not be happier with our jacuzzi from Pool and Spa world Glenorchy. The customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to source a spa for us last minute and have it delivered as soon as possible. Excellent service, always with a smile.
