At SOUMAH we are inspired by Italian life and specialize in northern Italian wine and food. From a winemaking perspective, we believe our terroir is similar to northern Italy, with short, dry, hot summers and cool nights throughout. Even the fog that descends upon the Valley in late summer is reminiscent of those lands. RecommendedI only picked up a couple of bottles and wished I'd purchased more. Their slow cooked lamb wasn't as good as my brother-in-law makes, however.
