At SOUMAH we are inspired by Italian life and specialize in northern Italian wine and food. From a winemaking perspective, we believe our terroir is similar to northern Italy, with short, dry, hot summers and cool nights throughout. Even the fog that descends upon the Valley in late summer is reminiscent of those lands. Fantastic wines, great views, really friendly staff. The Pinot Noir is sensational.
I'm a massive fan. He remembers me, treats me like I'm at my parents place and the quality and view are great.
I only picked up a couple of bottles and wished I'd purchased more. Their slow cooked lamb wasn't as good as my brother-in-law makes, however.
Best vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Always go there for lunch!
