The tradesman who came was good. However, the company are very overpriced. I was advised of call out fee when I rang but not told hourly rate for a Saturday was also higher. Very much actually. Invoice did not not show breakdown either.

At Silver Water plumbing we work on fixed upfront pricing and charge all our customers the same price for the same job, except for the additional weekend call out fee's.
Reliable and friendly service. On time, reasonably priced and solved all our gas conversion problems for BBQ. Ryan inspected the issue, gave a quote, and then returned later to complete the job. We’re super happy to have our BBQ working again.

Silverwater plumbing did an amazing job replacing our sewer line. Hassan provided excellent service. he came the first day for a quote, and provided me quite some useful information on hot water system which was broken, he is professional and knowledgeable, the second day he and his mate replaced a new s system, he and his mate are polite, friendly, and Hassan also run me with all what I need to know after the replacement is done. I am quite happy with Hassan’s job, will call him/Silverwater again next time if needed.
