I have my electric hot water replaced with heat pump system. The whole process from inquiry (Fpieffer), the inspection for quote (Ryan) and installation (Medhane & team) was smooth and pleasant. On the day of installation Medhane make sure everything installed and worked properly. They also took care of the gov rebates and deducted straight away from the quotation. I would highly recommend Silverwater Plumbing for their service. I'm glad to chose them when searching for the installer and read some reviews.

Submitted a query through their website and heard back almost straight away. Someone was organised to come out the following morning and our plumbing issue was resolved quickly, happy with the timely and effective service.

Courtesy and patients with aged people like us. Give details on problem areas and on how to fix. Made recommendations on potential problems, yet not hard-selling so as to get more work. In general, very satisfied with the work done by Luke R and the results are fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend your service to others.

Called on Sunday cause hot water tank burst. Within an hour plumber showed up. Quoted. Stopped the leak. First thing Monday. Replaced hot water tank. Cleaned up mess. Communication with office was awesome. I really can’t say a bad word about Silverwater Plumbing. You really cant go wrong.

Needed a water filter installed and Gagan completed the job efficiently, plus fixed a leak elsewhere and did a 'plumbing health check' around my house. Appreciated his patience in explaining things to me when I had a question about various equipment. Thanks!
