Prompt, good communication and followed through Tony was on time for the job and professional throughout the entire process. The seemingly simple toilet leak became increasingly difficult due to access issues and discontinued products which were both out of his control, but he knowledgeably consulted and updated me about the options moving forward as they arose. Amazing, Quick and Professional Really impressed with the service given by the two young guys who attended our place. They explained everything in really simple terms, were extremely friendly and professional and worked quickly to ensure our plumbing issues were sorted asap. Couldn't recommend them enough, Forgot to grab their names - but would absolutely get them again. Thanks for all your hard work.

Excellent Service I emailed, and the call was returned promptly, the operator was friendly and efficient and sorted out an appointment at the time. Ashton, the Plumber, who attended my home, was on time and friendly. He advised me what was wrong and showed me and informed me that he could fix one part immediately and would have to return the next day. He then proceeded to advise of costs. What a beautiful job! I recently had the pleasure of having Rustic Plumbing Solutions complete a bathroom renovation for me. From start to finish the crew (Matt and apprentice Grace) were polite, considerate and professional in all respects. Matt was obviously very experienced in bathroom renovations and was able to advise me regarding purchase of fixtures and fittings, including tap wear.
