Money! Money! Money! Had hot water heater installed. Have to wait until tomorrow to see if it works. In the meantime Rustic Plumbing is very difficult to deal with financially. Couldn't wait for me to get money from super. Had to have it NOW. Don't ring them unless you can pay a high rate immediately.

Hi Mary, Thank you for your feedback. As you are aware you contacted us on Saturday as you had a hot water issue. We attended the same day to find that the unit required replacement. As the suppliers were shut on Saturday afternoon we had to return first thing Monday morning to complete your job as promised. Charged super duper price! The plumber has to go back for another visit I was looking at the good review about this service. But realised now, i have been overcharged. First, the plumber told me to get a free quote. To do the basic analysis, it charged me $88 dollar. Then, he said i can't use my new tap set since the old basin has something broken inside and not compatible with my new set provided. Prompt and polite But in terms of price: Exorbitant Truly, unclear of money spending on the job I was charged $4499 for a single unit Rinnai infinity 32 (no any controllers). A couple of meters of pipe and valves and a power point. Along with my old tank taken away. Price gouging Rustic Plumbing quoted approx. $2,900 to replace a 125 litre hot water service, fully installed with the old unit taken away. I was taken aback by the price, so deferred making a decision until I had done more research. A couple of phone calls later and I was told that AGL would do it for $1,300, likewise fully installed and with the old unit taken away. Reliable But Wait For The Price: Exorbitant, Truly Beyond What Is Acceptable! Prompt & reliable company but for an average job it came at a truly exorbitant cost (three to TEN times -!- what the other licensed plumbers in my area ask for, I discovered). Overpriced and pushy This company was super expensive, it was an emergency and even though I felt they were very pushy, I wasn't in a position to shop around. I regret the experience and wish I had got another quote despite the inconvenience.

Problem still not fixed Matt was on time and very polite. He was called to fix my blocked storm water, Still blocked. $500 dollars to dig a hole the size of a bucket is very rich. $22k to repair????Your prices are criminal, out of touch with the real world Kevin

Price through the roof... Shop around. My advice! Bought a house, with the sink and fridge on the same side. Bought a fridge, that needed to be plumbed in. So did a swift Google search and the first link was Rustic Plumbing Solutions. Easy to deal with, and booked in a few days later. Thoughts? "Sweet". Polite lad come over... After fiddling and awkwardly sitting in his truck on the phone for 15minutes at a time (happened more than once).... Then the bomb landed.
