Be Careful Extortionately Expensive We had a blocked drain 2 days before Christmas and called Rustic Plumbing. Very prompt and courteous service but.. A range of discounts are offered on their website from $0 call out, $90 off ("today only" - which seems to be ongoing and is therefore misleading). The plumber initially advised a range of prices prior to commencing work, from $360 for half an hour to $650 for a full hour. Neither GST nor the available discounts were mentioned at this point. Disappointed They are surely efficient and professional for common problems, but we felt manipulated when we in a vulnerable situation with a more serious problem. When we were exploring a cheaper, more low-tech solution than the one they proposed, they seemed to become quite aggressive and would not hand over the camera footage - despite us paying for it - claiming we might give to another plumbing company.
