Excellent Service! A big thank you to Pierre for his friendly, helpful advice on our drainage problem. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also to Mitchell who then came out to do the repair work. Mitchell was polite, friendly and a very neat worker who treated our property with respect. Well done to both you guys. Excellent Service Called Rustic Plumbing last Friday morning to seek assistance with a badly blocked sewer at our house. David arranged for Grace to attend same afternoon. Grace was punctual and very professional. Cleared the blockage and price was very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again in the future.

Outstanding Service Can not fault! Rustic Plumbing were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. They were prompt, professional and extremely thorough. Fantastic plumbing service I am very happy to post this review. I have just had a very big amount of plumbing done and hired the team from Rustic Plumbing. They did a fantastic job, were always on time and turned up when they said they would. We met quite a few of the team during the course of the work, and got on very well with all of them. I loved their sense of humour and the occasion bagpipe playing !!! They did the job well and left the place spotless. I will definitely be calling on them again if the need arises.
Above and beyond Called Rustic in relation to a blocked pipe. Justin called around the next day and despite 44 degree heat did a thorough inspection and analysis of the problem. It turned out that a part of the pipe was cracked and needed replacing - a very big job. Mark came the next day (Saturday) to clear the blockage so that we could function over the weekend and on Monday Tom, Grace and Mitch turned up to replace the pipe.
