RecommendedGreat interest rates not just in their marketing materials, they actually offer the attractive rates they advertise. I have two home loans and secure income, but when I approached few other online lenders with cheap rates, they wasted my time and after few weeks came back with a NO (saying you are too risky or exceeding your borrowing capacity.) RecommendedProcess was generally easy and painless. Our broker was thorough in his explanation of details of the loan, and answered all our questions clearly. Once the loan was about to be finalized, we were then passed onto the company that actually manages the loan. Some minor details of the loan didn't come out right, but when we contacted our broker, he was quick to respond and contacted the loan company to seek clarification. RecommendedOur experience with Reduce Loans was great. There was quite a bit of paperwork but I guess you can expect that at any bank. We always had a broker to chat to about our personal finances which helped a lot with the purchase of our second property. There are some fees, but they are transparent about those and with the rates being so low, it was going to be well and truly worth it for us in the long run. Highly recommend!
RecommendedReduce Loans advertised an exceptional variable interest rate (as recommended by The Barefoot Investor in his members only platform). We couldn’t resist! Although the process was lengthy due to the paperwork required we feel it was well worth it for the rate we are getting...which fell even further during the time we were applying and Reduce honoured their most competitive rates which was admirable. We would recommend Reduce Loans and had a great experience with customer assistance majority of the way.
