RecommendedMy experience was good, easy to deal with. My only criticism is a little slow on communication but that could also have been my impatience as I had a short settlement. Over all very good, clear, no hidden fees or charges.

I could not find another lender or broker who could match the rate provided and I still have all the features I need - online and mobile banking, offset account additional cardholders. I would recommend Reduce Home Loans to anyone looking for a better rate.
RecommendedVery happy with the rate. Only wish we had refinanced with Reduce sooner. Leon was great in getting the pre-approval and approval. Communication and timeliness of responses from the Settlements Team could be improved. Overall we are very happy with the move although we are yet to hear if the latest interest rate cut will be passed on
