RecommendedThe rate and product were excellent. Huge savings to be had. The only issue I would raise is that they were slow in processing application, but they did come through in the end and we're happy with the result.

The home loan process was all completed via email and was a little lengthy due to the amount of interest in the home loan rates - however every step of the way we were guided & all correspondence was answered quickly & efficiently by our loan representative. RecommendedI recently refinanced our Home Loan with Reduce. I found the customer service to be of a very satisfactory level. I was always kept informed of what stage the application was at and Leon was very prompt in responding to any of my queries. I was told initially it would take approximately 6 weeks from start to finish. It did take about 8 weeks for me, but they were very thorough. RecommendedI would recommend reduce home loan to my friends and family. I have saved heaps due to low interest rate and great savings at the end. Very much impressed with the customer service of staff Specially Nick & Marvin for the product explanation. Although the online process was easy and my queries were answered over the phone, it took little time for the process to be completed but in the end very happy with the outcome. wishing good luck to reduce home loan team.
